BidRidge helps contractors prepare estimates and invoices, manage jobs, record daily activity, and organize business expenses. This policy explains the information handled when you use BidRidge and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
- Account and contact information: Your name, email address, phone number, business details, and account identifier when you provide them.
- Customer and job information: Customer names and contact details, job addresses, estimates, invoices, notes, daily logs, change orders, and other content you enter or upload.
- Photos and files: Job photos, receipts, logos, and other images or documents you upload.
- Financial records: Amounts, expenses, receipt details, and other business financial information you enter for estimates, invoices, and reporting.
- Support communications: Information you send when you contact us for help.
How we use information
We use this information to provide your account and the features you request, save and display your business records, generate estimates and invoices, process photos or receipts, respond to support requests, maintain security, and keep the service working.
Services used by BidRidge
Service providers that host or operate BidRidge may process information needed to deliver the service. When you use AI features, the content you submit for that feature may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. When you choose to open a job address in Google Maps, the address is passed to Google Maps to show the location or directions. Google handles information in its own service under its privacy policy. We do not use the contact, job, or financial information described here to track people across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
Storage and security
We retain information as needed to provide BidRidge, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review or update information in the app where those controls are available. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account, email us. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as BidRidge changes. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
